Side sleeping with a body pillow has long been praised by doctors as the healthiest sleep position with a multitude of benefits ranging from improved alignment to pain relief. Body pillows provide support by improving alignment, evenly distributing weight, and removing pressure from pain points in your body, allowing for muscle relaxation, sciatica pain relief, and reduced back pain. Restorative sleep is the key to our overall health. Body pillows conform to the contours of your body, allowing for spine and pelvic alignment, helping you fall asleep faster, and eliminating restlessness. Sleeping on your back increases your likelihood of snoring. Side sleeping with a body pillow lifts the upper body and reduces airway compression, decreasing snoring, sleep apnea, and acid reflux. Some decorative pillows are meant to look good and stay that way, whether they live on a family-room sofa, a bench by the door, or a covered porch. The Polyester Sham Insert Rectangular Poly Filled Decorative Pillow Insert combines resilient polyester fill with a construction designed to maintain a full, balanced shape inside long rectangular covers. The fill helps the insert recover its shape after use, while cutting each insert approximately 1" larger than its labeled dimensions allows it to fill the cover more completely from end to end. A 100% cotton shell provides a smooth foundation beneath the decorative cover, while knife-edge seams preserve the crisp, tailored lines of the rectangular silhouette. The synthetic fill also offers versatility for outdoor use when paired with an outdoor-grade fabric cover.
