Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Has anyone figured out how to fix it Took it apart, oiled screws and put back together and still isn’t working the same. This was exactly what I had in mind for a garden sculpture. It was fairly ready to assemble and put in the ground. It rotates result in the wind and is a much fun to watch as they said in the product description. I am a huge fan of iron art, and I love the phoenix. Not a normal yard art statue that you would find. Lots of egrets, herons, and peacocks. So when I saw this, I was absolutely thrilled. And when it arrived, even more so as the colors are absolutely brilliant. The pieces were very well packaged with bubblewrap and cardboard to avoid damage in transit. It was very easy to assemble and doesn't appear to easy come apart. They even included a "U" shaped stake to help keep it in place. Today I received the metal rooster statue. It’s is very colorful and well made. It comes in two pieces. You have to attach the tail to the back by attaching it in a little slot. I had a little problem with my rooster not standing up properly and had to try to adjust the legs a little to get it o stand up properly. In the process I broke a piece of the foot but I should be able to fix it with super glue. It still is a little wonky but I am afraid if I try to bend it any more I will break it more. I ordered the larger 26 inch size in the color blue. The finish of the agave is nice and looks like the online pictures. I had some difficulty inserting the bulb holder into the agave mounting point. My husband was able to push it into place, there weren’t threads to screw the holder into the mount as the instructions indicated. The solar light isn’t all that bright, but overall the agave does look nice in our front landscape. This is a very sturdy, well constructed wind spinner! It was a lot of money, but seems very high quality. Easy directions for assembly. Beautiful colors and mesmerizing to watch. If you place them outside, a liberal coating of clear sealer will insure it's longevity. Painstakingly handmade and hand painted, these are rustic and therefore may have some knicks, scratches, welds, etc. That is normal and inherent with these pieces.
