Box was heavy! So glad nothing came broken. The tempered glass is super sturdy. Was able to build alone, but take caution, definitely would have been easier with two people. It was relatively simple to put together. So clear as you can see in the photos. Love that there's a lock, although I'm afraid it might break if pulled hard enough while locked. This light is absolutely stunning. It looks extremely high quality. This is the most money I have spent on lighting to date and its totally worth it. We purchased the 24 light for our entry. It is hung with the 20 chain. For perspective, we replaced a 20 year old pile rubbed bronze fixture that was 18 in diameter. I had concerns the new light may over power the space but the scale worked out beautifully in the end. The only concern was the instructions. Looks great installed. Took a long while to put together, you will need 2 people, but it looks nice. The only complaint I have is that the light colors look really awful, we actually ended up buying new led strips in a soft white finish because it looked so ghetto. Also it didn't come with anything to plug the led strips into, we had to buy an outlet/connector to plug into the wall that would work with it.
