Magical wallpaper instantly changed an awkward lofted bed into a tree house. I wasn’t sure what to do with the lofted bed that came with my new place, but now I’m obsessed with my “forest room.” Was able to install by myself but I don’t recommend it. It was very forgiving when installing, able to be lifted up and placed back down to make the seams seamless. Does smell fairly strongly, but it’s been getting better with time.. Clara. I ordered a very large wall sticker for my living room and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with both the product quality and installation process. The material was extremely thin and tore very easily during application. One of the biggest frustrations was the backing paper—the liner that needs to be removed before sticking the decal to the wall kept ripping into small pieces, making it incredibly difficult and time-consuming to remove. Additionally, the wallpaper panels did not line up accurately as advertised, which made it difficult to achieve a seamless look. Even after carefully positioning the sections, the seams would not stay down and repeatedly lifted from the wall. The adhesive also seemed weak, as parts of the sticker lacked the stickiness needed to stay in place properly. Overall, the installation was much more challenging than expected, and the final result did not meet my expectations due to the poor material quality, alignment issues, and inadequate adhesive. What I couldn’t tell from the pictures online is that this mural looks like an old painting with crazing- I like that although maybe others might not. Update: I put up the paper, it is fabulous. I would have to rate it as the best wallpaper I have ever worked with. It is thick and does not rip easily. LOVE!!! I was scared to death to put this up, because I ordered peel and stick by mistake. After watching a few professional videos and getting pro tips, for example, like using a furry-sided eraser to smooth out as you go and having a second pair of hands to assist, my husband and I tackled this in four hours. Not only are we totally in love with the finished product because the graphics are so incredibly darling, we are proud of ourselves for persevering through the bumps along the way… Make sure you are fueled up with patience before tackling, but you will not regret the high-quality graphics and how well laid out the panels are. Measure carefully and try to only buy a little over the size you need, not a lot like I did. Unfortunately I couldn't use the whole entire first panel because of buying too large. But we accommodated by trimming out the little deer and adding him in on the adjacent wall.
