The fabric lampshade has cut corners for a slightly casual look. The linen fabric is high-quality and meant to last, as is the poly/nylon interior lining. Adorned with hand-applied metallic lace shade trim for an elegant touch.

My parents bought this shadowbox lamp at an antique store in England in the early 1960’s. I inherited it when they passed away, but have not been able to use it for a variety of reasons. I finally had the whole thing fixed and seatched everywhere for just the right shade because the base is rectangular shaped. I found this on Wayfair, ordered it late last week and it arrived today. It is perfect. The quality is what I hoped for (and my mother would approve!) and the unusual shape really highlights the shadow box lamp base. Michael. Austin, TX. Mon Oct 05 2026

Drum shaped lamp shades offer a range of advantages over other shapes. One of the primary benefits of a drum shade is its simplicity and versatility. The clean lines and classic shape of the drum shade make it a timeless and elegant option for any room, whether it's a traditional or modern setting. Another advantage of the drum shade is its ability to provide a uniform distribution of light. Due to its shape, the light is dispersed evenly across the room, making it an ideal choice for areas that require ample lighting, such as a workspace or a reading nook. Finally, drum lamp shades match many different types of lamp bases. Overall, the drum shaped lamp shade is a practical, stylish, and versatile choice for any lighting design.Features fossilized cocoa leaves that are hand placed on a standard UL lamp backing, laminated, and formed into a traditional wide-based lampshade shape. After searching numerous retailers I finally found this shade. It almost exactly matches the shades I had in size and color. The problem I was having was getting one this size. I have rather large lamps and needed one that had a wide bottom dimension. Most places I checked did not have anything close. Plus they were delivered early than expected.. James. Boone, IA. Clean, crisp and modern, this drum lamp shade comes in a white faux silk fabric

Let me start off by saying that lamp shades are perhaps one of the hardest things to shop for, especially when you cannot physically try different shades on the lamp you need them for. This lamp shade was great – well made, looked really good, no surprises or problems. I reallllllly wanted to like it. It just, as it so, so often goes in this particular avenue of shopping, did not fit my lamp. But I wanted to leave this review because it was a great lamp shade. I have learned that 9 out of 10 times, start up from the size you think you need... I am almost always let down when I buy the size I *think* was what I needed.. Meagan. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 28 2026
