We ordered the white unit for the large dog crate. The first delivery by Fed Ex arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered. The customer service representative said it would be to us by 6/26, it did not arrive until 6/30. Also the measurements of this unit are incorrect on the website. I called to report it but appears to still not be correct. The dog beds that we bought for it to meet the sizing, do not fit as the interior measurements are still off. The gate doors are bulging out in a couple of places which causes the doors to scrape when they slide from one end to the other, would prefer to have the corrected or doors replaced, if possible. Overall the crate is very nice, putting it together took quite a few hours but it came together. I took a star away because it’s kinda hard to open the front doors without putting your whole arm through the crate bars to unlatch the bottom & top. Also one side of the front crate door hinges didnt properly go in all the way so the doors are a little uneven. This shipped in two boxes. The contents were all there however the directions excluded a step on how to hang the doors but when you arrive at that step it’s rather intuitive. My little loves the extra room and a choice of which side to rest in. The faux wood veneer is nice, and I believe should we have an accident would wipe clean. The bottom is not metal. So I recommend lining this with an absorbent pad. The locks take a little getting used to, so I took a picture of them. Overall this produce is solid and attractive and works well for large and small dog families looking for an option that is a really a compromise piece of functional furniture.
