I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. I purchased this rock to cover a well casing, and it fits perfectly. It looks pretty realistic and does a job. Since it’s light, it came with 3 pins to stabilize the rock. Unfortunately , it was a little tricky to put those pins into ground. So, we left it without pinning it and hope it’ll stay in place. That’s the reason I gave 4 stars.. Masako. Norwalk, CT.
