Tips to ensure the suction cups stay attached: 1.Make sure the window surface is clean before application. 2.Wash the suction cups under warm water (140F) for five minutes to remove any dust and to soften the material. 3.Dry the suction cups thoroughly. 4.Apply firm pressure to attach the suction cup to the surface, make sure that there are no air bubbles trapped between the suction cup and the window surface. 5.Confirm that the bed is secure. Differences in temperature and humidity may impact the suction cup's flexibility, leading to the formation of air bubbles and which can lead to a potential detachment from the surface. Make sure to test the system often and clean both the surface and suction cups whenever needed.

This is a great looking cat tower. It is sold as a tower for large cats, but several of my cats are rather husky and do not completely fit into the enclosed condos. They still use them they just have their back-end or head sticking out! It is actually rather cute and funny! The tower was easy to put together. The height of it gives all the cats a spot to enjoy. Within 30 minutes of finishing the construction of it the one place one of the cats was in immediately was the hammock, which I was not sure they would like. I thought it was nearly perfect in the design but I think one of the attributes is not ideal. The hammock in the middle is kinda low to the platform below it, making it kinda difficult for the cat the get from the platform to the left of the hammock to the next one, slightly higher on the right. I wish the hammock was a board or higher up. Other than that, it’s really good. My friend and me built it in under an hour. I got it because it’s just about 18” below the tops of my kitchen cabinets. So she can climb the tower then traverse the cabinet tops. I have been thinking about removing the hammock and replacing it with a board. We shall see.
