The set arrived on time. The packaging was good. Putting everything together wasn't hard at all. Can definitely be done by one person. The only thing I was disappointed at was a little nick on the top part of one of the dining room chairs. Not bad enough to go through the hassle of a return, but annoying once you know where to look.
