I will say that assembly for this was really easy. Directions were great and nice to follow. I only gave it three stars because the back is pretty soft and sits low. I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations.
