I like the size of the lamp. It has a smaller footprint and doesn’t take up a lot of room on the end table. I especially like the on/off touch switch at the base of the lamp. The USB port at the base of the lamp is a convenient feature as well. What I don’t like about it, and the reason I gave it a 4, is the lampshade. The shade seems to mute the light coming from the bulb. The light has a yellowish dull glow not very conducive for reading. These lamps are attractive. They arrived quickly were well-packaged. The metal parts have a nice finish. The color of the glass base is a bluegray with a very slight green undertone. The color variation (“gradient”) is less than is shown in the product photos. The shades are a linen-look, off-white. The USB port is next to the cord outlet worked fine in an overnight test. The switch is a rotary type. The shades were easy to assemble, but the metal rings are not covered like they would be in a pre-assembled shade.
