My wife and I assembled the Challet last winter. It was a lot of work but everything was there and it all fit together like the 300 page assembly instructions indicated. The fit of the windows could be improved and if you plan to heat it, a lot of sealing needs to be done in the wall panels. Overall, we are happy with it.. Norm. Kansas City. Mon Sep 28 2026

I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. All in all I would recommend this shed but be ready for the b.s. of delivery!!. Annette. MI. Wed Mar 02 2022

I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. We made it work, but I would recommend making your own pilot holes so that you don't split the pieces. As you can see it turned out nice.. Heather. Duluth, MN. Thu Jun 18 2026
