The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. I researched the greenhouses available online for a long time and felt the quality of reviews for this product and the price point were the best. I was right. When we received the shipment it felt a bit overwhelming but taking it step by step was the key. The 3D Bilt App was great. The instructions were written really well. It was impressive. The key was to seal the wood and take inventory first. Then organize by part number. My mom and I built the majority of it but needed help lifting some of the roof parts. The estimate of 2 days with 2 people is ridiculous. It took a week just to stain and organize everything. If you work during the week expect to spend 3-4 long weekends to get the project done. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. Arrived in 3 boxes. Directions were quite difficult to understand. Highly recommend that you check each piece off as you remove from boxes and put in order according to last 3 digits. Read directions thoroughly several times. Should have 2 stepladders. Needed 100 additional 10 12 inchpan head phillips stainless sheet metal screws. Result is quite nice. This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT.
