Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. Lots of seating! I would have given this 5 stars, but I was very disappointed in the color of the cushions. I ordered “beige” cushions, but they are a VERY light cream, almost a butter yellow. This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable.
