Solid desk, feels substantial. Lots of storage. It has a distressed look so the table top is not completely smooth - you'll need to lay down a writing pad to hand write. 24" depth is good for monitor and keyboard. Color is closer to photos where the table is darker (and not photos where the table looks almost gray). Table can be placed in L-shape or 180 degrees against a wall. Nice desk. Went with grey color and like it. Very heavy box and material. Material feels like it is made from that plastic that picnic or school tables are made with. Wood grain look is nicerealistic. I don’t think it will scratch easily. Because there are two configuration options it is quite confusing, mainly the drawer part, but holes lined up just fine. I just finished assembling this dresser, and I’m really impressed! The assembly took some time, but the instructions were easy to follow and everything fit together well. nice little rack that doesn't take up too much space. It is definitely smaller looking than the picture. Check the dimensions for a accurate size up. It wasn't hard to put together.
