Easy assembly however it does take about 6 hours to but together. There were a few undrilled boards. Also the cover doesn't stay on with windy days with it being Velcro. Very cute. I've got mine set up as a chicken run. It's inside a chain link fence. It's stable, but not necessarily heavy duty (I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my chickens overnight in it, even also inside the chain link fence. At 5'1, I can stand straight up inside it with plenry of room to spare. And I easily drag it all over my yard by myself which is convenient. We go the 79.2" H x 117.6" W x 236.4" coop and it is great for a large flock. We have 70 chickens in these photos. We are using it as a chicken tractor, it is easy to move around the field with 2 people. The construction was simple and the directions were helpful. The chicken wire is secured to the cage by twist ties, which isn't the best method, especially if you are worried about predators. The chicken wire is a thinner metal so if predators are a big concern, you may want to take that into consideration. The wire is made of heavy-duty galvanized (wire openings are only 1/2"x 1/2") to prevent predators. 75.7" (L) x 62.5"(W) x59.1"(H) Roomy space provide a great living condition for 6 - 10 chickens, ducks. The whole roof is completely covered with asphalt to keep your poultry shaded from the sun and protected from the rain. Vents allow airflow to reduce moisture to keep your chicken house dry & avoid sickness. With a sliding door and handle, it is possible to close the sleeping area entrance from outside the coop.

Looks just like photo. Was well packaged and not damaged via shipping. However, there were a few split areas in the wood I had to glue. The instructions were not good at all! It said it'd only take an hour to put together but it took my son and I six hours, over two days, to get this together.
