The San Clemente handleset has a sleek, modern look. With clean lines and a variety of finishes, you can easily upgrade the entry to your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After falling in love with the Kwikset San Clemente on our other door, it was a no brainer to go with the same San Clemente line, this time we chose the Pismo knob with the deadbolt and SmartKey Technology, and it does not disappoint! My husband installed this one too and just as before, such a smooth process, straightforward, no headaches. The build quality is immediately noticeable. It feels really solid and substantial, not some cheaply made product that will give you trouble down the road. The matte black finish is my favorite look - so sleek and modern. And the SmartKey feature is a genuinely useful bonus. Being able to rekey it yourself (without a locksmith) is such a practical touch. Kwikset is our official go-to now!. Jenniferc. Tue Jun 02 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handleset looks really sleak and also feels extremely solid. The brushed bronze is beautiful, especially up close. The rekeying feature is very convenient and I can see myself using it in the future but I have not tried it yet. It was pretty straightforward putting it all together. The only little issue I came across was the bottom part of the handle also requires a hole to be through the door, which was kind of confusing at first. Once you get it out and inspect everything though it makes sense.. Ameliak. Thu May 28 2026

The Moderno 2-Way Adjustable Entry Handleset is finished in matte black and designed for left or right hand doors. This handleset fits the two most common backsets in the U.S. (backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the bore hole), which are 2-3/4-inch and 2-3/8-inch. The entry latch bolt has a 1/2-inch throw and 1-inch deadbolt throw that are plated in nickel and do not budge once in place. With security in mind, this handleset accepts a key on the exterior but is operated by a turn-button knob on the interior. Entry handlesets are often used on front doors and back doors. Use this handle on standard 1-3/4-inch to 1-3/8-inch thick doors. This product has a 1-inch by 2-1/4-inch radius corner face plate and 5-pin high security removable core. If you are preparing your door for installation, the cross bore should be 2-1/8-inches (54mm) in diameter and the edge bore should be 1-inch (25mm) in diameter. This product is ANSI Grade-3 certified, which means it is rated for residential security. The trusted source for quality lighting, hardware, plumbing, kitchen, and bath products for every taste and budget.
