As 80+ year old seniors our ability to turn knobs was becoming more difficult so we purchased 2 lever passage and dead bolt locks for the door and security door we use the most often. The other reviews are correct. Wayfair only sent one when it is supposed to be a multipack containing two. The handle is great. Everything else about Wayfair isn’t. Still dealing with customer service trying to get the second handle sent. The item is 5 stars. Wayfair is one star.
