We took a chance on this play-set, considering the measurements on the picture show that it is only 16 inches tall. It is over 40 inches tall once assembled. Looks as good at home as it is in photos and we were able to build it without professional help. We added a few reinforcement pieces because it seems fairly light and I am a little worried that it will not hold up over the years. The kids are 2 and 4 years old so hopefully it will last.
