I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. My original was a basic 1997 tub/shower combo. So we only had one tub faucet and one shower head. Converting to a luxury walk-in shower, I knew I wanted some bells and whistles. This is better for a new installation versus a replacement simply because the spacing has to be exact for the mounting between the shower handle and the rain head mount. Unfortunately, I did not read the directions prior to selecting this item and it will not fit the holes in my current shower. The quality of the shower bar is fantastic.
