Aluminum does something useful here: it is light enough to move when full and sturdy enough to take ice season after season. Squared at the base and generously scaled, this piece swallows several bottles with room for ice, or turns into a planter once the party is over. Set it on a sideboard, a bar, or the floor beside a console.
