Delivery was smooth. Putting the couch together was easy but time consuming cause it is MASSIVE. I’m 5’10 and I feel like a little kid getting ate up in this couch. My only complaint is the back pillows being kinda flimsy and need more cushion. The seats are great nice firm enough for sitting without completely sinking. Good for lounging. The hooks they provide are kinda thin and lame but the couch comes with screw holes so if you want to get stronger accessories I would recommend that. Now the back rests are adjustable but they do not stay in place you barely touch them and they will move . Other than those small things the couch is humongous and comfortable, for the price it’s a good choice if that’s what you’re looking for!. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
