Cultivate an environment of serene respite with the stunning Alyssa platform bed. Made in Malaysia, this Japandi inspired piece is crafted from sturdy wood. Its angled headboard offers superb support as you relax in bed while rounded corners lend a display of rich geometric symmetry. The Alyssa requires assembly and utilizes wood slats for mattress support, eliminating the need for a box spring. Distinguished with an extra-wide railing, the Alyssa platform bed is a fantastic bedroom centerpiece..

This was my dream bed, so I had to get it. The headboard has a slight slant to it, kinda giving the Floyd bed vibe, but at a fraction of the cost. The wood tone is gorgeous, and accurate to the photo. Originally, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the legs, but with the comforter, it’s barely noticeable. I had one person help me put the bed tgt and it took us about an hour hour and a half (including taking everything out of the boxes). But it was genuinely so worth it. If you’re in love with this bed, pls don’t let the time divert you! Last thing it is not squeaky at all and quite sturdy. I would reccomend this bed frame a hundred times over. Anonymous. This platform bed brings an ultra-modern look to your bedroom with its low-profile silhouette and clean lines. The frame is built from solid and engineered wood with a walnut brown finish and plenty of distressing for a rustic feel. This bed has a wide, rectangular headboard that frames its design. We love how each side of the headboard showcases built-in shelves that hold books, accent pieces, and an alarm clock. Best of all, the included slats eliminate the need for a box spring, and they directly support a fitting mattress of your choice (sold separately).

Really nice and hard to find at this price point. Looks great in my space we needed a low headboard. Robert. San Diego, CA. Sat Oct 03 2026

The Sapa platform bed makes its case through restraint. With no headboard to draw the eye, what remains is pure structure: a low, clean frame that lets the room breathe around it. It is a design suited to the bedroom that has learned to do without excess. The horizontal profile sits quiet and grounded, leaving the wall behind it open and the floor space uncrowded. Beneath that simplicity, the frame is built entirely from solid wood and assembled using traditional Japanese mortise-and-tenon joinery, hand-crafted joints that interlock without screws or bolts to deliver silent, lasting stability. Reinforced to a 1000 lb capacity, it is far stronger than its spare appearance suggests. A silent slat system holds beneath without creak or shift, and the whole assembles in about 30 to 45 minutes without power tools. The Sapa platform bed asks for very little and gives a great deal in return: a calm, uncluttered foundation for rest.

Hello Im totally in love wth the simplicity of this platform bed frame It is well made and made of solid wood. The color is beautiful I wanted something simple but makes a statement The joinery makes it easy to put together and it totally carries itself with no headboard to take away from the Beautiful wood. It was a bit on the heavy side since it is SOLID WOOD ... but each piece is very straight-forward as to where its suppose to go... after all it just has 4 sides ) I put it together by myself it was a bit of a balancing act... lol ... I had read in reviews that people were complaining that you need two to put it together...you can just lean one of the long sides onto a wall then slide in the two shorter sides and then you slide the two other ends of the short side ... WELLA YOUR BED IS MADE Soo0oo... NO YOU DONT NEED TWO PEOPLE ... I PUT IT TOGETHER SOLO, JUST LIL OLE ME ) Mercedes from OK Change. Mercedes. OK. Sun Oct 04 2026

I love the color and the weight, heavy duty support with the wooden lattice to put the mattress on. I had to give it 4 stars because although it shows very low on the floor. I think it’s a little low for myself but not for my husband it’s new so I still need to get accustomed to it. It’s like a Japanese style bed low to the floor. Everyone have their wants and needs.. Clean square lines and a warm, low-contrast mix frame this bed in the quiet, unhurried mood of Japandi design — tall padded headboard, soft footboard at the opposite end, straight legs, no loud details calling for attention. Its woven surface shows a fine, visible texture and sits light against bare arms, dry to the touch rather than clingy, while the pale wood rails keep the silhouette grounded rather than bulky. Leaning back to read or scroll feels unhurried — the panel gives just enough under an elbow, and a chapter often runs longer than planned. Perfect for quiet Japandi primary bedrooms and Scandinavian-style guest rooms, it settles in without asking for attention.

Very easy to put together. It’s solid wood frame on the visible outside with metal in the inside where the slats lay. No squeaking, very sturdy.. Racquel. Seaford, NY. Fri Oct 09 2026
