I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This floor mattress is pretty comfortable considering it is only 4 and on the floor. It did not come shrink wrapped, but it seemed way too flat at first I let it air out before making a review. At first, it was only 2 inches, but after a few days out of the plastic wrapping it came in, it is decidedly 4. I guess it was flattened during packaging.
