Love this toilet. Just keep in mind when you install this toilet that the water shut off and hose can go behind the toilet so you don’t see it. My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy.. I agree with the previous review. Just installed last weekend and, as a construction industry professional, I was disappointed by the following: 1. Can't get your hands or any type of tool adequately in to tighten toilet seat bolts. 2. If they ever loosen, you need to unfasten and remove toilet to tighten 3. Bidet seat hidden cord hole did not align with electrical or water supply of compatible Kohler bidet seat Had to run electrical and water outside of toilet. I would have chosen another toilet had I known that the cords would be exposed anyway. 4. When setting toilet, you can't see when it is properly aligned and set into trapway. Pro: Installation of toilet trapway and hidden trapway is a nice feature. If not using bidet seat, then this is a nice modern compact toilet.. Pc. Wed Apr 15 2026
