Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker.
