Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. So far it arrived in good shape, fingers crossed it is durable. We ordered one in same style from another company and it arrived shattered, so bummed. Not sure who dropped it. But Wayfair sink arrived well packed in one piece. Looks beautiful with Taj Mahal quartzite. We looked at Blanco, Krause and one other composite but this color was best for us. Using with polished nickel faucet and air switch. Will post how it turns out after installed. But it is beautiful. A tip, if you know you want all the work station accessories you can order as a package with sink for about $200 more. I’m not sure which accessories I will end up using and I didn’t want to store a bunch of accessories. I don’t need. So I just ordered the basic sink with the rack in the bottom. You do have to order the sink strainer I believe, and we are getting a garbage disposal, so we bought the matching air switch button, and garbage disposal closure that matches faucet. I guess I have a slightly older Kohler sink. It came with this really bad silicone bottom. I finally took the time to research the size and type to get the metal rack for the bottom of the sink. I was skeptical that I got the right one, but the measurement said that it fit. I’m incredibly happy that I got it because the silicone one was so gross. This is Kohler OEM style, so it’s exactly what you would think. It sits pretty flush in the sink itself. This sink is a really great size, and just fits over my 30" cabinet base. I love the lip and the colander that slides side to side. The bottom of sink rack arrived and was of the quality one would expect from Kohler. I did have to reverse flex/bend ever so slightly for all (6) posts to contact bottom of sink at same time and not rock. This rack is definitely an upgrade to a flat bottom sink, to elevate items being washed or rinsed off, up off the bottom and away from debris, allowing clear path to drain/disposal.. Robert. PA.
