What can I say about a garbage can. I had this garbage can for the last four years in my old apartment and I’m moving so I decided this is a great time to do a refresh. My husband and I are loving our new fancy,dancy trash can. It came in with a small dent in the bottom side of can and my husband tapped it out with a cloth and rubber mallet because we thought it was small enough and Wayfair had definitely taken the precautions for that not to happen with the way it was packaged so it may have happened again if we shipped it back. Even though it's a 10Gal can my trash liner bags that are 13Gal size still fits the can and I'm really happy with shape which is rectangular and fits right up against the wall. I absolutely love this garbage can! As you can see it looks so good in my kitchen. The beige matte color matches everything in my kitchen. Looks very modern and classy. I purchased one that is 8 gallons, it is big enough for just my husband and me. The garbage bag fits perfectly and is easy to place. The back of the garbage can has a handle on it which makes it easy to move around wherever you need it. It closes softly and will stay open by just pushing back on the top. I searched carefully for a trashcan that would both look good in the kitchen and be the right size for a small household (1- 2 people). This one is perfect. I chose platinum because I didn’t want it to be too shiny. It’s tall enough (26 inches) to hold a 13 gal., tall kitchen trash bag, but narrow enough (11.5 inch diameter) that I can still open my cabinets. (See photos.) The capacity is only 8 gallons, but if the bag has a drawstring, it’s easy to make a 13-gal. gal bag fit well.
