The toilet arrived quickly; it came in two boxes and was securely packed with white foam—you can tell great care went into the packaging. At first glance, I thought it wouldn't fit because it looked huge. It turned out taller than expected; I’m 5'5", and my legs dangle off the floor. Installation is like that of any other toilet, though it’s awkward to mount in a small bathroom. We had to use a faucet supply line to connect the water because the valve requires a specific adapter—that was the only way we could hook it up. The flush valve came pre-installed in the tank, so even though my husband isn't an expert, the whole job took him just an hour. Now that it's installed, it looks great; it’s extra tall yet has a compact profile. It features a dual-flush system: one button for a standard flush and a second for a higher-volume flush.
