Preparing for a Master Bath renovation in our 1934 English Tudor. Maintaining the original cast iron tub since it’s deep (which is hard to find). While I’m still fairly young I opted to add a grab bar now since the walls of the tub/shower will be opened and additional support can be added before closing up the shower wall space with Onyx solid surface walls. Package arrived in less than 2 days. Opened and verified I received the correct color (brushed modern brass) and length. It’s a solid product that will match the rest of the Kohler shower fixtures I plan to have installed.. Lepjontek. Albany, NY. Mon Sep 14 2026

Love Kohler hardware! Have included grab bars in my bathroom remodels this past couple of years so that anyone who visits is comfortable using the restroom. I didn't want to use commercial ones b/c they are so bulky and ugly so I have purchased the Eclectic bars in oil-rubbed bronze to match the rest of my bathroom hardware which is all Kohler oil-rubbed bronze and they are perfect!. Beth. Florida. Fri Jan 09 2026

KOHLER® HydroRail-R Arch allows you to easily upgrade a standard shower to a spa-like showering experience with luxurious overhead rain and handshower functionality. It can accommodate a wide array of shower configurations without altering in-wall plumbing, making it suitable for both remodels and new construction. This shower column converts your single-outlet showerhead into a two-outlet custom showering experience featuring a rainhead and handshower, and has a slidebar bracket for easy height and angle adjustments to your handshower. For smooth toggling between handshower and rainhead functions, this column features a diverter conveniently located at the base. Shower column only, handshower, hose and rainhead sold separately.

Installed this as a part of my bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to have a over the head rainshower shower head without having to have to relocate my plumbing into my ceiling. I did have to redo some plumbing to get the shower spout to the correct height for install. The rail attaches to the shower plumbing at the upper bracket, the lower bracket is merely for support. There is a built-in hand-held shower diverter, so you will need to consider the right sized shower hose and hand held shower head. Pros: High-end contemporary design. Solid build. Cons: Pricey but worth it. May require some plumbing work if existing shower plumbing is too low.. Alain. Northridge, CA. Wed Sep 16 2015
