This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker. I LOVE flushing this toilet!! I know it sounds ridiculous, but every time I flush I gush about how cool this toilet is. My husband even remarked how unique the flush is. Not to mention it does a great job cleaning his firecracker turds. This toilet is so much easier to clean. Traditional toilets have seemingly 100 little holes that get all dirty. This one has one giant hole, a little trough and done! So easy to keep clean. The chair height is comfortable for most people (it’s too tall for my 4’11” stature, but I make it work).
