[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet is amazing. Not only does it looks beautiful it is also very well made. Now having all these amazing features that apart of it I definitely don’t want to ever go back to a normal toilet. It works very well and living in a home being the only female the automatic lid is wonderful. It’s not very loud and works very efficiently. I would suggest having two people for installation because it is rather heavy. I would definitely love to have a few more for the bathrooms in our home .. Jayneg. Thu Oct 29 2026

Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Revolution 360 swirl flushing technology keeps your bowl cleaner longer than a conventional flush. Installation saves you time and money, too, with Kohler’s patent-pending two-bolt tank-to-bowl Omni-directional leveling system.

I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kohler smart toilet is remarkably well engineered on many fronts. I’ll list the pros and cons. On the plus side, the install as directed was not very bad at all. Far less intimidating than I thought it would be. Since I was mounting on a concrete floor. It was just two bolts that needed to be drilled into the concrete. The biggest issue for me is that the only mounting to the floor is on the front half of the toilet and not around the wax seal. Our floors are slightly uneven, so there was a bit of a rocking and a big guess as to whether or not I got it over the wax seal as needed. I did get it right on the first try and some toilet shims fixed the rocking. As for the performance of the toilet, could not ask for better. The seat heats up perfectly, the bidet features are excellent, and the automatic seat lift and flush features are really nice as well. The remote control is quite intuitive, and the programmable features are very nice as well. Overall, I’d say a solid five star toilet. It would be could only be improved if the install was a little bit better for bolting it down closer to the waxing. One other plus is that the water and electric can go out separate sides. It is recommended that the waterline be 9 inches from the centerpoint. I was nervous because mine was only 7 inches and as you can see in the picture, it is very close, but it worked out well. Super easy to clean, economic, flush mode is, good waste removal make this a great choice! . Joen. Sat Oct 03 2026
