The Johnte Full-Size Futon Frame with Full-Size Innerspring Mattress is just the thing to make my spare bedroom a functional guest room. Once together, you have a traditional futon that is sturdy, comfortable, and works as it should. Assembly wasn't overly difficult and the instructions were clear. I did have to watch part of the manufacturer's how-to video to figure out how best to lay the bed slats into the frame proper. The key is to lay it flat and get assistance from a 2nd person. Also, the 8 screws in the frame need to remain loose until that stage and only tighten them after the slats are slipped into place. This is far larger than I expected it to be. Not in a bad way... and I'm sure the description has the measurements to it and I overlooked it. The back just sits up really high, but it works. Super simple and quick to put together, also very easy to adjust into a bed or back into a futon. Really pretty color but it’s suede not leather, either way it has a leather aesthetic. This sofa bed is genuinely amazing and absolute perfection once you finally get it together. It is super comfortable, looks fantastic in the space, and the built-in USB and Type-C ports, side table, and storage armrests make it an absolute game changer for functionality. The side table did arrive chipped twice, but customer service has been wonderful, kind, and extremely prompt about sending out replacements. Fair warning on the assembly side of things because you will want to bring your patience the instructions are horrific and none of the parts are marked, so setup turns into a bit of a guessing game.
