It is strong and if you try to open the door without securing the cabinet with the provided hardware, it will fall forward. I just told it steady with my hand. There is probably a workaround, but I didn't bother to research it. The color is white but not toilet bowl white. Mine is not sitting close to the toilet, so you can't tell. It's subtle.
