It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. The chair is comfortable and works well. If you’re especially tall (over 6’) I'd probably pass. The chair arrived in good condition and assembly was easy. Legs are screwed in (front) and bolted in (back) using an Allen wrench. Annoying, but NBD.
