Me and my cats love this cat wheel! The costumer service is excellent! I thought I have missing parts! I reported it and they answered me in a second to tell me they are arrangingto send me those parts. Later I find them in the box hiding between the styrofoam.. I emailed them to cancel it. I have all the parts! The assembly was pretty easy for me. Went to look through the pictures first , then put it together step by step as it was recommended! The wheel turning smoothly and pretty quiet too. My cats love the top bed. Which I wish It would be a little bigger as they love to sleep there together. I started to teach them how to use it .. , but we all have to give some time until they will feel comfortable to use it . The wheel stopper is great so when I am at work I can close it . Also I got peel and stick contact paper to cover the outside of the wheel. Those gaps between the panels it’s not that safe. One cat used it the other cat was trying to catch the wheel. My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I added mesh wiring instead. The enclosure is 3 sided and backs up to the wall which works perfectly fine in our case as it gives us access to open and close our windows and shutters.. Arb65. Ca-usa.
