The rack is big enough for a turkey and perfect for a roast. This pan comes with its own stainless steel rack with large easy-grip handles. It fits into any standard oven and it is stovetop and induction safe, which means gravies and sauces can be made from the drippings right in the pan!

This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges.
