For the price I paid I cannot complain. However I have been using a 25 year old KA mixer baking Christmas cookies with friends. The quality on the older model was much better… as they say, they don’t build ‘em like they used to! Mostly notice the difference in quality of the bowl (no handle! what) and the attachments.. I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pot is huge and the inside markers for volume are great. Heat flows really well because it’s aluminum & stainless steel, so was able to cook at a lower setting on the stove more evenly. It was easy to wash and cleaned up well.
