Just put it together today (by myself, mind you!), so I can’t speak to the quality long term, but it’s perfect for what I need right now. Took me an about 2 hours to put together - lining up the heavy top was a little bit of a struggle, but i got it after a few adjustments. It’s heavier duty partial board, but the coating on it seems like it’ll hold up well. These Hevea butcher block countertops were just what I wanted for my new office. They were well packaged and arrived without damage. A few coats of matte poly were easy to apply. Nice smooth edges too so no additional sanding needed. They were less than half the cost of what I could get through my local big box DIY store. Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me.
