Overall a great product for the price. It wasn’t too tricky to put together, just be careful you pay attention to the direction certain pieces go or else you’ll have to redo it like I did. The chairs are very nice and seem to be good quality. The seat cushion is very firm but will hopefully break in over time. The assembly is ridiculous. Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process. Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. I was a little skeptical because this Kitchen Island was fairly inexpensive. I opted to pay to have it assembled and that was done today. I love it. It has as much space as i hoped since it was only 43" long and the cabinets and drawers are ample size to hold a lot of kitchen items. This is so much more useful than the table and chairs for two that I had there before. The Island is sturdy, attractive and versatile. The stools are very comfortable. My only complaint is that before ordering I called Wayfair customer service to find out if I could purchase the item but delay delivery. The person i spoke to assured me that as soon as I had a tracking number I could contact Fed Ex and reschedule. I got the tracking number too late to stop the delivery which came in two days instead of three as noted on the order. Most people would not complain about this but I had a flight the day of delivery; luckily it arrived before I had to leave for the airport. I love my chairs! They’re comfortable, well made and nice looking. However, two of them squeak and one completely swivels around if your feet aren’t touching the floor. I would appreciate some help in resolving this. Is there anything I can do to stop the squeaking Such as lubricant Or the one that swivels on its own Thought it might be that the floor isn’t level but checked that and that’s not the case.
