I did have to reverse flex/bend ever so slightly for all (6) posts to contact bottom of sink at same time and not rock. Perfect for my 32"sink! Replaces one that was made for the sink but is too big to fit in the dishwasher. If you have a sink grid or grids, believe me, they will get nasty quickly and hand washing a 32" x 15.375" grid is awkward. In addition, hand washing will not get it as clean as the dishwasher will.
