[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute kitchen and love that it includes accessories that makes a well-rounded play kitchen. It’s smaller than we thought but that’s on not checking the dimensions. 4 stars because it was very difficult to put together and the pre-drilled holes were not adding up.. Emily B.. Light weight, soft wood, I am 5’2 110 and had no trouble putting it together myself. Best construction manual you can ever get. Manual was colored, metal hinges were pre assembled, and I appreciate the fact it provided care instructions and ways to keep it from natural wear and tear. Overall, the design and quality are great for its price point. The plastic and metal items are thicker than you would expect. FYI, mine looks darker because I used a wood stain.. Rose Trang. I didn’t want anything girly or cheap plastic but found this several Christmases ago. It is a great kitchen for little boys or unisex because it isn’t “girly.” It has held up almost 3 years with two very rough little boys playing with it daily! It is small enough that it fits on the small wall inside my kitchen so my little one is able to “cook” with me and it blends better than a cheap plastic kitchen. Additionally, the sink, refrigerator, and microwave have realistic features like an ice dispenser and a timer that dings. Includes an 8-piece accessory set and plenty of storage space.

Step by step directions were fairly easy although I did place a couple things on initially wrong (ice maker, and top with clock) which were easily fixable. Was worried I was getting close to stripping the heads off the screws that held in the ice maker but it worked out. Most difficult part was honestly the 3 knobs that get screwed on to the cardboard backdrop above the stove. It took me a bit longer than 2 hrs. More like 3 by myself but I did take a couple of breaks. Overall seems very sturdy and came together nicely. I was looking for something with some extra counter space for her to use her play cash register and I think this will be perfect! I think my granddaughter will love it!. Tara B. Sun Dec 15 2024
