This island is beautiful and great quality at a decent price. Is just what i needed for my studio apartment and provides me extra storage and counter space. Instructions were overall clear. Was not difficult to build but it did take me about 6 hours to put together because I did it alone. Would have been much easier if I had another pair of hands helping. Overall, a beautiful island once you get it put together. That is why I reduced rating from 5 to 4 stats. The instructions were just pictures and while some were expanded pictures, very difficult to figure out some areas. In addition, some pieces I had to reverse...maybe it was me but once I did that, things fit correctly. Amazing look and excellent quality! I built it by myself with just a small drill, and the instructions were surprisingly easy to follow. It says two people are recommended, but I had no issues assembling it alone. The storage is incredibly spacious and holds way more than I expected. Stable and easy install countertop table. During assembly there were some noticeable blemishes. I was able to touchup the blemish on the bottom of the inside laminate finish with a furniture dark brown maker. There were blemishes on the faux marble top and on one side. It’s noticeable when the table top has bright light reflecting from it that shows the blemishes. I couldn’t fix those markings. The shipping box was a thinner cardboard than I expected for shipping. The table inside of the box was protected by styrofoam on all sides. The table top should have been protected in plastic wrap to prevent the thin sheet of styrofoam covering it from potential blemishes. After contacting customer support the manufacture gave me a partial refund for the blemishes. I placed table mats on the table top to hide the most noticeable markings.. Ruben. South Amboy, NJ.
