These Hevea butcher block countertops were just what I wanted for my new office. They were well packaged and arrived without damage. A few coats of matte poly were easy to apply. Nice smooth edges too so no additional sanding needed. They were less than half the cost of what I could get through my local big box DIY store. I’m really happy with this island! Every single part is solid wood (pine), the finish is lovely - even and applied well. The legs are solid and substantial The top is thick, and my piece didn’t have any joinery issues at all. It was easy to put together, just read through the instructions beforehand a couple of times.
