Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I haven’t actually used it yet, but I did just put it together. Took a bit longer than I expected but that’s ok because I appreciate that the instructions were clear and there were no missing parts. It probably deserved 5 stars but I docked 1 star for the door attachment assembly. Whoever designed that hopefully is looking for a new job. The screws were in such a tight closed space I could not get them started for the life of me, so good luck to any of you with big hands.
