Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024

All in all a good grilling cabinet. All wood. Sturdy once assembled. Instructions were difficult to follow and understand. Wood split a couple times during screwing in screws. Hardware is not stainless steel, which means it will rust. We live in Florida so both the wood and hardware will not survive the elements. I will not place my Komado in the designated spot due to the weight of the smoker and quality and thickness of the wood. It is a nice looking cabinet and will elevate any out door kitchen for a time.. Carl Joseph. Palm Coast, Florida. Thu Oct 15 2026
