Great pegboard and dowels drawer organizer! We bought two and trimmed them to fit our drawers with a circular saw. If you do need to trim consider using painters tape to help minimize edge chipping. As you can see I just finished building this unit. I’m a 73 year young women that can bake fantastic cookies but not very handy with tools. I was a little impatient waiting for a friend’s help so I tackled it myself. I DID IT!!! Like I said, I’m not handy with tools and probably took me longer than most because I was definitely intimidated. It did took me 3 hours, I wasn’t racing against the clock. The direction were very clear and easy but I was afraid of being a failure and took the time to get it right the first time. The directions instructed to build it upside down which made perfect sense but stranding it up was a struggle for one person. This is a very good concept. Before the inserts I was using plastic bins of assorted sizes and colors. Now it looks organized. It was fairly easy to assemble. I was disappointed in the lack of small dividers. The smallest opening was just too wide for silverware but great for the odd kitchen items. I could not fit everything I had before the organization but it does look better and can easily find items. Shorter dividers would have allowed for more storage.
