Generally pretty happy with this. Feels solid, instructions were clear, easy to put together. Only issue was that on the middle shelf, not sure if the pilot holes underneath weren't deep enough, but the screws to secure it to the bar ended up creating enough pressure that it pushed a point up and cracked the finish, and the screws hadn't even gone in all the way yet. But not major enough to really notice unless you look closely. I enjoy the simple and minimalistic design that allowed me to avoid creating holes to put up shelves while still having shelves.. Jose. Works perfectly for our needs! We have an odd alcove between the kitchen and dining room and needed something to give extra storage. This fit the space perfectly! The hardest part of the building process is attaching the back panel. So many little brackets to hammer in the correct angel otherwise the nails will pop through. I absolutely love this! It is perfect for what we needed. We have very limited storage in our kitchen and we needed something for the air fryer, coffee maker, the toaster and then just miscellaneous stuff. I also needed a place to put my kitchen towels, so the drawer works great, the other drawer we’re going to put all our spices in there. My husband chose not to get the professional from Wayfair to put it together and he definitely regretted that decision after it took us five hours to put together. The instructions were clear and it wasn’t hard. It was just time-consuming. I would definitely spend the extra money and have them do it. The only thing I didn’t like is the cut out in the back for the cords to go through to plug-in. It’s right in the middle. It serves no purpose for me. I can’t plug my coffee maker in with the cord going through there unless I use an extension cord, and I tried putting our microwave on the shelf and same thing. I ordered this hutch to put on top of my husbands very large desk for the purpose of decluttering the desk. It is high quality and pretty heavy. I have purchased other furniture items from Wayfair and although it takes a few hours to put together, it is very worth the savings. Overall, I absolutely love this desk! It did arrive with a few minor issues that Wayfair rectified. This is a solid piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend paying for the delivery and setup. The two compartments on the top lift up to open but sadly they do not lock in place to remain open, which could be a little inconvenient but there is a slow close on it so it does not slam closed. **TIP** there is a piece that covers the top so you can possibly sit items up there that is probably some type of mdf board and it probably blends in with the packaging and mine was thrown out, so just be mindful and ask for that piece.
