This was perfect for me. Redecorating in Victorian gothic and this worked. Each piece and bag of parts were clearly labeled. I only used my power screwdriver to assemble. I did it by myself. The only frustrating part I ran into was aligning the top piece but with some non lady-like words and a few prayers after, it worked out. One thing that would have been a bit helpful is from one step to the next on the instruction graphics, is if the previous used parts were grayed out. Sometimes I had to stare for a minute to figure out what I did and what was new. The cabinet is sturdy. One thing to note is that it seems to pick up all the fingerprints. This island is beautiful and great quality at a decent price. Is just what i needed for my studio apartment and provides me extra storage and counter space. Instructions were overall clear. Was not difficult to build but it did take me about 6 hours to put together because I did it alone. Would have been much easier if I had another pair of hands helping.
