This cart is functional, pretty, and exactly what I needed for my kitchen space. Solid wood, easy to put together. The instructions were clear, and easy to follow. It lost one star because I only received one cabinet knob, not two, and had to run to the hardware store to purchase replacements to complete the build. The customer service center was closed for the weekend by the time I realized the error, but regardless I wanted it completed, so off I went. Replacement knobs in hand, the rest of the assembly went smoothly. Getting the top placed correctly was a teensy bit tricky, I do wish there had been some indication as to what was the front or back, but I managed to get it done. This is a nice kitchen island once assembled. Very spacious and has good counter space. There are 5 wheels so it can be easily moved around. The instructions and assembly were not easy. The pictures of the boards were not exactly the same as the boards so holes were in slightly different spots making it difficult at times to decipher where a screw should be. There was one large piece that was not pre drilled correctly in one spot. The material is very soft so you’ll have to be gentle when screwing screws in or it will start cracking or breaking.. Amanda.
