Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. Great pegboard and dowels drawer organizer! We bought two and trimmed them to fit our drawers with a circular saw. If you do need to trim consider using painters tape to help minimize edge chipping. We moved into a home where the Builder didnt pay much attention to detail. We got these because we have limited cabinet space but the Builder also installed deep cabinets which are very difficult to get to the items way back in the cabinet. This fixes all of that.
