Pros: can work for either right or left blind cupboards, sturdy, great customer service to replace bent frame (dropped from some height in shipping I’d guess). Con: instructions are a bit difficult to read, couldn’t install because the cupboard door needs to be at least 1/2 inch thick and my cupboard has a thin center panel that the screw would protrude from, had to pay $40 to return the item. I really wanted this to work and I think if you have the right conditions it would be a great solution. TIP: download the installation instructions to determine if you have the right conditions for installing this unit.
